In our last episode for the year, we are joined by Christine Yahya a.k.a. Pink Bits, an illustrator inspired by and celebrating people and bodies in all their glory, illustrating the bits and shapes we are told and taught to hide.
We met Christine through working with her on our Waterfront Whale Tales project earlier this year, and we fell in love with her eloquence and calming demeanour, and of course, her fun, quirky art.
In this episode, we chat about Christine's experience as an illustrator in Australia, why she doesn't think of herself as an 'artist' and the role of social media in the arts today.
